The successful Family Solicitor will be experienced and have the ability to manage a diverse family & childcare caseload for both public & private law. They are open on PQE level alongside being open on qualification route. This role will give an experienced Solicitor a great opportunity to have autonomy for the department based at the office in the Bolton area alongside building and developing the team. You will be reporting to the Head of Family for the Northern offices and due to the demands they have across a number of offices you will be heavily involved with making decisions for your department alongside business development for the firm.
