Occupational Title: Full Time Retail Store Supervisor. Duration: Full time, Salary: $22.00 per hour. Benefits and Hours of Work: • Five days per week for a total of 35-42 hours per week; 15 days paid holidays per annum; • For any overtime, he is being paid 1.5 times of his hourly rate; • As per Alberta Labor standards, he is being entitled to statutory holidays • Working days and hours during the week are flexible depending on shift; His Duties/Responsibilities were : • Duties to include liaising with management to provide direction to staff. • Prepare work schedule for staff, Training of new staff. • Handling of cash/credit/debit transactions and reconciling at end of day, • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages, • Receive shipments, Maintain specified inventory, • Authorize payments by cheque , Authorize return of merchandise, • Maintain the reputation of the brand.
