You'll be working with the business and wider Tech Services team to support the integration of systems and solutions. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing application integration tools and processes. Liaising with areas of the business and other Technology Services teams to define requirements and effectively translating information into the best technical solution Provide day-to-day support of all core applications that are critical to the smooth running of the business. Ensuring that the systems are monitored, maintained and documented to ensure maximum availability and efficiency and minimal disruption Liaising with 3rd party developers to develop solutions and resolve issues. You will work to continually improve areas of responsibility What you'll need Educated to degree level or equivalent or work experience Experience of supporting and integrating applicationinteractionperience of working with SQL Server development Strong T-SQL writing skills querying, dynamic SQL, triggers and stored procedureinteractionpert in SQL Server Management Studio environment and tools Database administration indexes, backup procedures, security, and performance tuning. Solid understanding of Relational Database design and development Strong understanding of Visual Studio, BIDS and other IDEs. SQL Server Integration Services, ETL and Reporting Services Ability to learn new programming languages and tools What we need from you A passion for customer service You will be required to attend a number of face to face training sessions as well as virtual sessions and e-learning this part of your role is vital and of equal importance as the day to day aspects What we give you in.
