More about the role: Responsibilities include: The Head Chef will plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food ensuring that the company’s reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times Adopt a hands on approach taking responsibility for the food production covering all employee dining along with an extensive range of pop ups. Possess an exceptional drive for quality and innovation Responsible for all aspects of food safety, Health & Safety and COSHHThe Head Chef will be required to implement and maintain food monitoring procedures to facilitate budgetary control and to monitor all costs involved in the kitchen against agreed budgets What we’ll give: Head Chef - NTEP Longmoor £28,814 per annum, 40 hours per week Who you are: Our ideal Head Chef will: Create a positive work environment where the whole team can thrive Be a brilliant communicator and easily build relationships Have experience in a similar Head Chef role Strive for excellence in an enthusiastic and motivated manner Take initiative and make decisions that are right for our customers Have a desire to succeed in your role Possess the ability to work under pressure Demonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliability Have a safety-first mind set Passionate about food.
