You should possess an extroverted and vibrant personality, demonstrating a strong dedication to their role and a willingness to exert considerable effort. Responsibilities: Organise property viewings and maintain respectful communication with clients and potential buyers. Follow up on viewings and actively generate leads to support target achievement. Contribute to the offices goals through proactive lead generation and maintaining a high work ethic. Manage your own diary effectively Requirements: Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role Demonstrated sales abilities, ideally within the estate agency. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Confident and professional telephone manner. Potential to achieve MNAEA property sales qualifications.
