EECD is working to build an integrated early years system throughout the province that will provide more accessible and comprehensive support for young children and their families. About Our Opportunity As a senior member of our Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping, guiding, and supporting the future direction of the education system in the province. This unique opportunity empowers you to contribute to the organization and accessibility of strategic education information assets, crucial for providing accurate and timely insights to the Department. Reporting to the Manager of Analytics, you will be at the forefront of driving data-driven decisions for the betterment of our education system. Primary Accountabilities Collaborate in developing strategies and guidelines that support a strong data management framework aligned with privacy and security best practices. Contribute to the development and promotion of an analytics program to empower the Department with data-driven insights. Engage with diverse business and technical contributors across organizational units, departments, and external entities to drive data initiatives. Qualifications and Experience To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree accompanied by 6 years of data and analytics related experience.
