ROLE OVERVIEW As the Senior Designer at Salt, your role demands a profound understanding of graphic design encompassing various styles and techniques. Your proven expertise in executing impactful marketing campaigns will be invaluable. Ultimately, this pivotal position requires an individual who can lead the design team in translating the company's vision into captivating graphic content of the highest caliber. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES Manage all design projects from concept to delivery. Manage all graphic design tasks, refine projects and drafts, and generate creative ideas. Create original artwork and review the drafts of Junior Graphic Designers to ensure quality work. Create and manage digital and print designs for our marketing needs. Design graphic content, illustrations, and infographics Manage graphic designs from conception to delivery. Review junior designer drafts to ensure quality. Generate fresh concepts. Ensure brand consistency throughout various marketing projects. Liaise between the marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met. Keep up to date with industry developments. Proactively make suggestions about how work can be done more efficiently & effectively and implement new processes accordingly. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS 6+ years’ experience in a digital/advertising agency, graphic design studio. Proven experience as a Designer, with an established portfolio of relevant design work required.
