Our client is currently looking for a confident Legal Assistant who will be looking to join their firm and assist with their daily operations. or to register your interest, Theresa Lucas on 454 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion and quote Job Ref: TL3085 JOB TITLE: Legal Secretary : Tax and Trust LOCATION: Worcestershire THE ROLE: Our client is currently looking for a Legal Assistant to join them at their firm in Kidderminster. In this role as a Legal Assistant, your key duties will include : - Provide one to one support to a solicitor- Liaising with internal and external clients by email, telephone and face to face- Managing files and tight deadlines- Overseeing payment of invoices and expenses - Managing cheque payments, BACS or telegraphic transfer - Case Management- Liaising with Fee Earners and Secretaries to assist with queries- Assisting with general administrative duties THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will have strong communication skills as this will be key when liaising with clients, you must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision. e NL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
