FINTEC recruit is seeking a CNC Machinist for our engineering/production client based in Aberdeen. This is a permanent position, salary negotiable by experience. working Monday to Friday, flexible hours : 36 hours per week, early finish on Fridays, regular overtime available. You will be workshop based working within a small team on CNC Lathes, Mazak experience essential. Responsibilities: To programme, set and operate Mazatrol and/or Fanuc controller CNC Lathes Able to read drawings, specifications and sketches and set up requirements Determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, working to tight tolerances Daily machine maintenance checks Be flexible and have a willingness to train/operate machine tools for any other requirements Skills and Experience required for the CNC Machinist role Experience in CNC Machining with Mazatrol/Mazak and /or Fanuc controlled CNC Lathes Experience with CNC Lathes and/or Milling Machines desirable Work well within a team.
