37.5 to 44 hours per Week• Permanent employment, Full time• Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Weekend• Start date: Starts as soon as possible. • Vacancies: 3 vacancies Languages: English Work setting: Large volume bakery Tasks• Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies and cakes and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders, • Bake mixed dough and batters, • Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food, • Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff, • Frost and decorate cakes and baked goods, • Draw up production schedules, • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, • Operate machinery, • Organize and maintain inventory.
