Service Advisor : Wymondham Area : circa A GBP 25,000 A Service Advisor is required in Wymondham to work amongst a small, friendly and welcoming team. Youll be required to assist customers in all aspects and aftersales to generate labour sales and maximise the volume of work booked through the workshop against manning levels and potential profitability. To develop a clear understanding of individual customer needs and to consistently deliver a level of service that leaves each and every customer completely satisfied. You will be able to establish a clear understanding of any symptom or problem a customer is experiencing with their vehicle and complete details on a job card in order for a technician to carry out an informed diagnosis. To communicate detailed technical messages to customers in such a way that they understand what work is to be undertaken and why. To liaise with customers, Technicians and Workshop Control, whilst vehicles are in the workshop to update on any additional work required, providing an estimate of costs involved to the customer, maximising every opportunity to up: sell. The role will only suit an individual with previous Service Advisor experience achieved in a similar environment. There is an excellent starting salary of around A GBP 25,000 per annum. Hours 8:00:18:00pm Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:00 : 13:00. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
