Senior Data Analyst Major Duties/ Responsibilities Data Insights and Analysis: : Collaborate with the analytics team to extract actionable insights from TJXs expansive data sources, addressing strategic inquiries. Communicate findings effectively to business partners, facilitating understanding and meaningful data: driven decision: sharing. Support ad: hoc analysis, custom reporting, and special projects for business partners, including industry benchmarking Supplier Evaluation and RFx Support: : backss supplier financial viability based on ratios and financial statements. Contribute to internal RFx analytics training and event support. Manage offshore helpdesk for RFx event execution within timelines. Analyze complex tender offers, incorporating Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Automation and Process Enhancement: : Support GBS (Global Business Services) Federated team in implementing no code/low: code and AI lead automations. Drive process innovation and efficiency across GBS processes. Reporting and Metrics: : Gather, Create, and provide tailored reports to support division operations and strategic goals. Create performance monitoring metrics and dashboards. Modernize reporting methods using technology, automation, and outsourcing across GBS teams.
