The opportunity - Full time, permanent role, hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm. - Salary from £40,000 to £55,000 The role is a varied role and will consist of you managing other fee earners across several offices and be the support to the head of department. The role will also consist of managing a caseload of around 70 files consisting of sale and purchase, freehold and leasehold, remortgages, transfer of equity and new builds alongside commercial property files. The candidate You will be qualified as a solicitor, as the firm is SRA Regulated and you will hold the relevant experience above to fulfil the role successfully. You will be competent in managing caseloads of both residential and commercial property matters and be able to go in and hit the ground running and assist the firm to conitinue to grow in both areas. Not only will you have the experience you will have a desire to see the firms and individuals grow and succeed.
