The Purpose of the Role The organisation is seeking an Operations Coordinator to work as part of the National Detective Programme (NDP) in the Programmes Team. This is a time of critical change for the organisation and an opportunity to reshape their programmes in order that they genuinely deliver the highest quality of leadership development and enable participants to have a real impact in their communities. This role will include taking on responsibility for elements of the end: to: end Project Management and operational delivery of the organisations National Detective Programme. Along with members of the Curriculum and Performance and Impact Development teams the role will also have responsibility for delivering the two: year programme. This role will provide the opportunity to be involved in the development of leadership development within policing on a national scale and to be genuinely innovative at a time when leadership development within policing has never been more critical. Core to success in the role will be the ability to develop and introduce innovative elements to the programme which serve to both attract individuals of the highest ability to the police service and to enable those individuals to then have a material.
