Band 6 Community Nurse. Tower Hamlets - backssment and Triage Team. A senior Community Nurse is needed to join the backssment and triage team based at Mile End Hospital. The role involves backssing, supporting and giving appropriate medical advice to the patients. Required experience also includes; strong backssment skills, medication handling, wound care, datix and doppler backssment. Band 6 Community Nurse. Tower Hamlets - backssment and Triage Team. A senior Community Nurse is needed to join the backssment and triage team based at Mile End Hospital. The role involves backssing, supporting and giving appropriate medical advice to the patients. Required experience also includes; strong backssment skills, medication handling, wound care, datix and doppler backssment. Working autonomously, the post holder will be required to participate in receiving and screening referrals to the service, carrying out backssments and signposting / treatment. The ideal candidate must have community / district nurse experience. The role is to commence ASAP and the role is full time, working Monday – Friday either 08:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 18:00. The hourly rate for the role is £30.00 p/h. The contract is a long term, NHS contract. Candidates must be a qualified RGN with a valid NMC Pin, and must have previous experience of triage referrals/psychiatric liaison and working in the community.
