Technical Trainer Salary up to £85k per annum dependent on experience Location North Reading We are working with a recognised and renowned manufacturing.Technical Trainer Salary up to £85k per annum dependent on experience Location North Reading We are working with a recognised and renowned manufacturing engineering business in the Reading area that are looking for a Technical Trainer on a permanent basis with an immediate start. Technical Trainer key responsibilities: - Responsibility for both the development and delivery of standards and training for the technical skills required. - Constant review of all technical processes and procedures, ensuring all relevant documentation is maintained and updated. - Provide appropriate training in relation to all technical matters throughout the various departments. - Provide support for day-to-day technical issues. - Devise and manage the training calendar for all technical staff. - Build and maintain relationships with technical partners. Technical Trainer requirements: - WOSTEP accredited or similar diploma in watchmaking. - Horological experience is vital and should be paired with the ability to create, develop, and maintain processes and training material. - Proven record of constructing technical information documents for use in workshops. - Be an excellent communicator with the ability to develop relationships at all levels. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability. - Service experience with 5 years bench experience.
