JOB TITLE: Credit Hire Paralegal / Fee Earner HOURS: Full Time 9-5 Office based Location: Liverpool City Centre Salary: Open DOE. A niche firm primarily focusing on Personal Injury, offer fantastic progression and learning opportunities. YOUR DAY TO DAY: Working in the pre-litigation department managing your own caseload, dealing with Personal injury and any credit hire claims. There will be a mixture of liability admitted and disputed cases. Building and maintaining client relations while working in a team and independently. CANDIDATES SHOULD APPLY IF: Ability to negotiable cases and achieve the best outcome Credit Hire experience. Experience handling an RTA caseload (claimant) Experience using Proclaim Case Management System is beneficial but training is provided. Excellent knowledge MOJ protocol, the pre-action protocol for personal Injury claims and CPR. Able to work towards deadlines and targets Excellent telephone manner.
