Job title: Fabrication Supervisor Duration: Permanent Location: Oldham Reference: E112358Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per annum We are looking for a Fabrication Supervisor to work for our client Oldham The Package: Salary £35,000 – 40,000 per annum plus holidays, pension etc. The Role: As the Fabrication Supervisor you Will work with Production Manager and Works Co-ordinator to follow works plan and ensure expected production numbers are met. You will be tasked with: • Ensure Health and Safety audits are met and works with Health and Safety Manager to continuously improve that audit • Ensures all quality requirements are met. • Ensures all maintenance procedures are met, pre start checks, defect reporting forms recording downtime etc. The Candidate: The ideal candidate for this Fabrication Supervisor role will require previous Supervisory experience You will also need: • Time served fabricator• Self-motivated• Eye for potential downfalls• Ability to deal with productions issues• Handle pressure at fast pace The Company The company works continuously to build a truly diverse and inclusive culture.
