Marketing Assistant (Product and Innovation)Location: Office-based in Milton Keynes Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30Salary: Competitive Benefits: Up to 6% Annual Bonus, Company Pension Scheme, Company Sick Pay and Income Protection, Westfield Health Plan, Holiday (increasing with service)The Role The successful candidate will work directly with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing team, and the R&D department to contribute to and innovate awareness of the Brioche Pasquier brand. They will do this by taking ownership of the Brioche Pasquier range projects and becoming a central hub of knowledge for everything related to Product and Innovation. By specialising in Product, Innovation and working with R&D, they will help to create and implement strategies that bring NEW products to the market, growing and enhancing the brand. More about the Role: Product and Innovation: • Understand the route to Market, Distribution channels, and Consumer audiences. • Contribute and coordinate product strategies. • Deal with product client requests. • Organise, prepare, and present product meetings to site Direction. • Be the main point of contact with our French head office regarding product topics. • Cultivate knowledge of product performance. • Provide creative input into packaging and future direction. • Create an annual packaging calendar, organize any changes needed (design or recipe), and communicate this to France and the Production Management team in the UK. • Work with Quality Assurance to write packaging briefs, validating the final version for each pack in the current Brioche Pasquier range. • Attend monthly meetings with QA and Production Management departments to plan changes and manage packaging stock. • Monitor product trends and report on activities. • Participate in and organize external and internal tasting panels and public events promoting the company.
