As our Lead Support Worker, you’ll be at the heart of supporting our customers who have Learning Disabilities to develop their skills to live more independently in the community. You’ll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations. Amazing we know! Typical day as a Lead Support Worker (known by us as Coordinator) Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our small team of Support Workers working to the plans. Helping customers with daily living activities such as budgeting and maintaining their tenancy. Carrying out risk backssments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews. Cuppas, chats and catch ups. There’s no rushing from one customer to the next here! Plenty of time to collaborate with colleagues too.
