If this sounds like you, then youre our kind of person Position: Ensure an efficient management of the warehouse team and operation whilst achieving agreed budgetary and service levels. Organise the safe and efficient throughput of warehouse goods to achieve business operations and fulfil customer demand. Work alongside existing shift management and take full shift responsibility for the output of each shift. Key responsibilities and duties: Responsible for the daily running and efficient planning of all aspects of the warehouse operation to ensure operational and customer demands are fulfilled. Manage, lead, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve all operational KPIs in respect of safety, cost, quality, and service. Work closely with the Inventory Control Manager for layout consistency and stock integrity. Performance management including appraisals, RTW meetings and disciplinary hearings. Coach and develop warehouse staff to optimise the performance, capability, and progression of the team.
