Randstad CP is working with a leading FM provider who are looking for a Regional Facilities Manager to cover a large commercial contract in Edinburgh and Glasgow. My Client are recruiting for a Senior FM to be based in Edinburgh. The role is a Regional role covering a number of operational buildings and requires travel between locations across Scotland. You will be managing the Cleaning services, Porterage, Accommodation services, Reception Services, Helpdesk, Business Events Centre, Waste management and other ad hoc areas of FM service delivery as required by our client. The role includes ensuring a high presence in the day: to: day running of the site, including the provision of a consistently strong link with the customer, guaranteeing appropriate and responsive reaction to address all client requests. This is an active and visible role requiring excellent customer relationships and supplier management skills. Working as part of a team within the business, as Senior FM you will be expected to positively contribute to the performance of the business byengaging in a culture of first: class customer care in a highly corporate environment, whilst ensuring all contractual obligations are delivered to exceptional standards. DUTIES WILL INCLUDE Support and develop the FM teams to provide the highest quality of service in this corporate environment As Regional FM, you will be required to provide operational support to FMs across the region and FCs. Ensuring that all locations are delivering services consistently at the required standards Build positive client relationships with all key stakeholders across the relevant areas Oversee and lead improvements to service delivery performance, ensuring all contract level KPIs are effectively managed Support Operations Manager with the collation and provision of all required reporting at contract level As a direct point of contact with the client you will be used to building and maintain relationships,.
