They are looking for an experienced Site Services and Facilities Manager, part of their senior site leadership team. Role and Responsibilities: Responsible for maintenance, operation and services of the site services, utilities and facilities area Reporting all functionally of the department to the Factory Director Support the site performance across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Moral and Environment targets Leading Utilities Team Leaders, 6 Site Services Engineers, 1 Site Services Coordinator and Contracts Managers looking after the facilities function Site Services (Utilities) : ensure 24/7 operation, maintenance and contractors working safely across, boilers, compressors, ammonia, wastewater treatment plant, lighting, chillers, cooling towers, AHU Facilities : Looking after contracts managers, responsible for contract supply services to the factory (cleaning, security, uniforms, external maintenance : painting, plumbing, lighting) Key tasks : training, department budget control, leadership and team skills development, energy efficiency, PPMs, strategy, site services compliance standards, stock management Focusing on major improvements of TPM, SMED, Lean Design, Factory Availability and Development Anaylse plant performance data to develop improvement action plans Health and safety, supplier contract negotiations, leadership training, waste management Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Must be an experienced Site Services and Facilities Manager : part of site leadership teams Worked in FMCG, high: care food or medical manufacturing Knowledge of boilers, compressors, energy plant, water treatment,.
