Finance Business Analyst required for one of Glasgows most prestigious professional services firms, in their modern city centre office. This role is an initial 12 month fixed: term contract; however you will get all the same benefits as a permanent employee and there is scope for it to become full time after the 12 months. The company are currently going through a digital transformation and are needing a Business Analyst to help streamline the business processes. The organisation is thriving and they are very busy just now. To give some idea to this, there are currently 33 live projects across the business and these include new regulations, office moves, cloud feasibility, cash accounting and more. They operate across a number of countries and are in the process of reviewing all of the business services offerings. This role is sitting within the BA function and you will be an experienced Business Analyst, ideally with experience of successful project delivery across a larger scale, professional services organisation. You will be 1 of 4 Business Analysts with a specific focus on Finance projects, although other BAs can have more of a general expertise. They are looking for someone who has a strong background in Finance projects and a particular focus on requirements gathering. You will also be working with and speaking to many different stakeholders and teams across the business, with strong stakeholder management skills being key. The company you will be joining are undertaking large scale business change and there is plenty of work to be done now and moving forward. They are ideally looking for someone to start no later than one months time, and you will be getting your hands dirty from day one. They treat their employees extremely well and have been hiring heavily over the last few years.
