Met Cap Living Management Inc. is currently seeking a Maintenace Person/Caretaker for our buildings in Burnaby, BC Troubleshoot general common area repairs. Repair and replace general hardware. Handling all basic repairs and maintenance in residential apartments and common area Ability to perform preventative maintenance and minor fixes like broken locks, sink replacements, wall preparations for painting, replacing light fixtures, etc Skills, knowledge, and abilities required include: Security consciousness. Being highly observant. Ability to solve problems. Being smart and agile. Good time management. Good knowledge of electrical works. Good knowledge of plumbing works. Good knowledge of carpentry. Have a positive attitude to work. Ability to prioritize tasks. Ability to follow instructions. Must have a clear criminal record.
