To help make our business even greater, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in a highly flexible role. Our Work Environment Includes: • Modern office setting• Opportunities for growth and development• Casual work attire• Relaxed and lively atmosphere• Safe work environment• Flexible working hours Sales Representative Responsibilities: • Conduct business development activities to identify and generate new leads• Make warm and outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and techniques• Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts Experience: • Proven experience in sales or a related field• Existing network in packaging sales is a strong asset• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Knowledge of the market and industry trends Commission: Our commission structure is highly competitive and based on the Gross Payment for each order. The commission rate increases with the total gross sale, making it an ideal opportunity for motivated individuals: • 4% on $1 million• 5% on $1 million to $2 million• 6% on $2 million to $3 million• 7% on $3 million and above Specific rates will be discussed during the phone interview if you are selected as a potential candidate.
