Completing work in a timely and efficient manner. To ensure that booking requests are responded to quickly, efficiently and to correct standards, ensuring required service levels achieved. To update and maintain the Internal database. To undertake such other duties, training as may be reasonably required, and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of the job.
