Responsibilities Build strong relationships with homebuyers through comprehensive discovery, understanding their design preferences and lifestyle needs to create homes they'll cherish. Conduct live video or in-person appointments, guiding homebuyers through available interior and exterior options while considering their design goals and budget. Share product knowledge and review upgrade options with buyers to ensure informed decisions. Uphold exceptional customer service standards for both internal and external customers. Regularly review and incorporate customer experience feedback to enhance service quality. Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Sales teams to communicate change orders and amendments promptly, ensuring project alignment. Audit project files routinely to maintain accuracy and completeness, contributing to effective project management. Facilitate the selection of interior and exterior finishes with purchasers, documenting selections accurately for Sales and Construction purposes. Guide custom home buyers through the project process, offering assistance and clarity. Participate in home construction-related marketing tasks, including industry award applications. Proactively contribute to planning, building, and customer service processes for enhanced efficiency. Attend weekly construction meetings, providing updates on ongoing project selection statuses.
