Service Design Manager : UK Wide Service Design Manager with excellent experience in ITIL, Service Design, Service Transition Service Operations or Service Delivery is required by a global technology consultancy. This is role can be based anywhere in the UK, but you must be prepared to one of their many local offices / client sites at least once a week. You must have lived in the UK for at least 5 years are you need to eligible for SC clearance. (Dont need to hold it currently. Are you a dynamic and experienced professional in the realm of IT Service Management? Do you possess a deep understanding of ITIL principles, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences? If so, we invite you apply for this Service Design and Transition Lead Experience required: At least 3 : 5 years in IT Service Management, with a focus on Service Design and Transition. Solid understanding of ITIL principles and best practices, ideally holding ITIL certifications. Some knowledge service design or service transition projects and wanting to take the lead on them Some knowledge service design or service transition projects and wanting to work specifically in Service Design Familiarity with any key frameworks or standards (i. e. ITIL, ISO , Veri SM, COBIT, TOGAF, IT4IT and SIAM models with complex support infrastructure and supply chain Knowledge of Service Operations, Service Delivery, and Service Introduction Service Transition phases. It is an opportunity to shape and drive the service design and transition function within many different clients across the UK. Duties include: Collaborate with cross: functional teams to design and develop new IT services, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Drive the end: to: end service transition process, ensuring smooth integration and handover of new or modified services into operational environments.
