About the Role: To produce machined parts by setting up and operating Manual Borers, Milling Machines and Lathes as well as carry out secondary machining operations i. e. fitting, deburring and tapping whilst maintaining quality and safety standards. To provide support/ training and mentoring of other operators. Key Responsibilities: Setting and operating Manual Borers, Milling machines and Lathes Carry out secondary machining operations Ability to read engineering drawings and use inspection equipment Support, training and mentoring of operators Ensure all Health and Safety policies in your area are adhered to at all times and that any actions identified through risk backssment are carried out with 100 compliance.
