Talent Development Advisor Hybrid home working available Fantastic opportunity to gain experience working within an award-winning Talent Development team Be part of an organisation that is passionate about employee engagement and career development About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Group Learning & Organisation Development team as a Talent Development Advisor for 12 months. Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, the main purpose of the role is plan, implement and oversee our Graduate Programmes, to ensure they are effectively delivered and meet business requirements. You’ll be responsible for delivering our early careers campaigns, the end-to-end recruitment activity onto our Graduate & Intern programmes and supporting of programme participants whilst on scheme. You’ll develop and agree detailed plans to deliver our Talent and Leadership Development activity to agreed requirements, objectives and standards. To be successful in this role, it is essential to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, placement managers, training providers, and other external providers to ensure the delivery of all programmes to agreed internal and, where applicable, external standards and aligned to internal vendor processes. You’ll to support the Talent strategy by monitoring, recording and reporting on MI business and people metrics, key business areas and Divisional People Planning. About You As a Talent Development Advisor, you’ll be the type of person who has a positive attitude and a genuine passion for recruiting, coaching and mentoring individuals to support their career development. You will have an engaging approach and the willingness to want to develop yourself as well as NFU Mutual employees. To be successful within this role, you must be flexible and be willing to travel throughout the UK to support the recruitment and attraction of delegates as well as supporting the successful implementation of.
