Here at APEM, we are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team and support the transformational change taking place within our People function. As the first point of contact for HR queries, you will be responsible for: processing starters and leavers creating and checking contracts and offer details managing our HR ticketing system, ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed maintaining accurate employee records providing an efficient and supportive HR service to the business You will also play a crucial role in promoting a positive workplace culture and continuously improving HR processes. We are looking for someone with administration experience gained in a fast-paced business ideally within a HR function. You will need excellent attention to detail, excellent IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word, and HR systems), and good written and verbal communication skills. The role is offered on a hybrid basis, mainly home working with attendance at our Manchester office about once per week. You will be offered the chance to work on a variety of projects, many of our employees have worked on projects that have been of personal interest to them.
