They bring over 17 years of experience within the industry and work across residential, commercial and yachts bringing a fresh perspective to each of their projects. The main requirements of the candidate 3:5+ years experience in crafting high: end residential projects. Exceptional skills in Auto CAD plus In Design and Photoshop. To have the right to work full: time in the UK without the need for sponsorship. The Role As an Architectural Technician/Technical Architect, youll assist the Architects, Senior Designers and Project Leaders in the design and development of detailed architectural drawings, specifications and construction documents. Working across various projects, youll be responsible for everything technical, resolving queries and ensuring compliance and accurate information. Responsibilities Developing architectural plans and drawings from sketch scheme to construction RIBA stages of works using computer: aided design applications (CAD) Construction detailing with bespoke high: end detailing for projects Surveying sites and identifying location benefits Carrying out feasibility studies and risk backssments backssing environmental impacts and identifying legal issues Specifying the appropriate technology and tools to be used in the project and advising where this requires deviation from the initial design plans Laising with the architect, surveyors and other construction professionals Preparing documents to help with getting planning permission and tender packages Visiting sites to check progress and inspect work Liaises closely with the Project Team to ensure project deliverables.
