We hire the most professional and caring groomers while offering high quality products and exceptional customer service. We are also equipped with the latest and most advanced grooming technology so that your furry friend will enjoy a luxurious spa experience. Job Duties: 1. Manage and train the customer service team to provide excellent service to customers.2. Ensure that all services provided by the pet spa store are of high quality and meet the company's standards, provide guidance, support, and feedback to customer service team members.3. Handle customer complaints and resolve them promptly and satisfactorily.4. Monitor customer feedback and use it to make necessary changes to the store's operations and services.5. Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store for both customers and employees.6. Conduct new hire orientations and ensure that new hires are properly trained in customer service and pet care.7. Develop and maintain work schedules for customer service team members to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.8. Prepare reports on sales volumes, customer feedback, and other performance metrics.9. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed and ensure that inventory is properly stored, organized, and accounted for. Qualifications:1. College Diploma is required for education2. At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role.3. Strong leadership and management skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Passion for pets.6.
