Sales Development Representative A GBP 35,000pa plus commission London We are looking for an SDR that will work with a team dedicated to great tech within hospitality. CORE has placed more than one person in the business over the years and know they have a great team culture, benefits and opportunities for progression. In fact this role will start as an SDR and quickly evolve as the business changes. As an SDR, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads for our sales team. Your primary goal is to create a pipeline of qualified prospects who have a genuine interest in our products or services. Responsibilities: Prospecting: Conduct research to identify potential leads through various channels, including online research, social media, and company databases. Build and maintain a database of leads for outreach. Outreach: Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social media messaging. Clearly communicate the companys value proposition and offerings. Qualification: Engage with leads to determine their needs, pain points, budget, authority to make decisions, and purchase timeline. backss whether a lead qualifies as a potential customer based on predefined criteria. Lead Nurturing: Maintain ongoing communication with leads to nurture their interest over time. Provide relevant information and resources to educate leads about our products or services. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads. Ensure that appointments are well: documented and synchronized with the sales teams calendars. CRM Management: Update lead information and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensure data accuracy and completeness in the CRM. Reporting: Provide regular reports on lead generation and qualification activities. Track and report key performance metrics, such as conversion rates and the quality of appointments set.
