I am working with a specialised firm who are on the lookout for a Personal Injury Portal Paralegal to join the Personal Injury Department at their Slough office. With a strong local reputation especially within the Trade Union field, my client offers exceptional customer service and their staff are trained to the highest standard. They are looking for someone who can demonstrate fantastic communication skills who is motivated to work in a fast-paced, busy environment. As a Personal Injury Portal Paralegal, your role will include: Processing Ministry of Justice’s Portal work in ELPL and RTA and be responsible for your own case load start to finish Mange high volumes of low value Personal Injury claims Assisting with initial instructions, including liaising with clients Instructing counsel Drafting part 8 claim forms You will liaise with external organisations such as Medical agencies, Medical expects, treatment providers, hospitals, GP Practices to name a few My client is looking for a strong candidate who has paralegal and Portal experience or experience in Personal Injury case handling within a law firm.
