Teamwork in our we over me mentality in supporting each other and delivering our core values We are looking for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team in Princes Risborough. This is an excitingopportunity to contribute to delivering exceptional service to our clients by advising on all aspects of the buying, selling and re-mortgage process including legal issues, finances and contracts. What will you be doing You will handle files for freehold and leasehold properties from initial instructions through to completion, ensuring all enquiries have been dealt with, title issues accurately resolved, all searches carried out and checked mortgage conditions are satisfied. You will also be preparing contracts and supporting documents, checking official copy documents, ensuring post completion is concluded accurately, using our case management system, handling client billing and liaise with clients, agents, borrowers, brokers, managers, buyers solicitors, internal departments and any others as necessary.
