Forbes Bros Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator ( part-time, permanent) to support the Finance team based out of Edmonton, Alberta. The Accounts Payable Administrator will be responsible for providing proactive and positive accounts payable support to ensure that the accounts are maintained, and invoices processed, therefore contributing to the overall financial health of the company. Additionally, this role will support the team during peak seasons to ensure that all financial deadlines are met in a time efficient manner. Assist with monitoring AP e-mail inbox. Distribute invoices along with related e-mails accordingly Reconcile vendor statements, maintaining vendor accounts, and address discrepancies Perform various administrative duties as required What We Are Looking For: Minimum two (2) years of proven work experience in an accounts payable function Post Secondary Education in relevant field, strongly preferred (combination of education and experience will be considered) Intermediate knowledge.
