Food Service Supervisor Little Caesars Pizza, located at 2070 Sumas Way Abbotsford, BC V2S 4L4, is looking for 1 Food Service Supervisor to join our team. The Food Service Supervisor will perform the following duties: · Provide supervision, task coordination, and support to the staff. · May assist management with the screening of new applicants when needed. · Ensure that food preparation meets the restaurant’s quality standards· Maintain records of stock, equipment condition, and sales. · Make sure that equipment is handled safely. Provide orientation to new employees. · Resolve-work related problems and grievances. · Promote customer satisfaction by providing fast and friendly service to our customers. · Implement health and safety standards. These are the skills required for the job: · Secondary school is an asset· A minimum of 2 years of experience in food preparation or service, · May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays· Ability to communicate well in English with customers and co-workers. · Must be punctual, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast pace environment.
