Wage : 28.00 hourly / 35 hours per Week Employment : Permanent employment ; Full time Working hours : Day, Evening, Flexible Hours, Morning, Night, Weekend Start Date : Starts as soon as possible1 vacancy Tasks : - Assign sales workers to duties- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff- Authorize return of merchandise- Establish work schedules- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters- Organize and maintain inventory- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers- Conduct performance reviews Work conditions and physical capabilities : - Fast-paced environment- Work under pressure- Tight deadlines- Combination of sitting, standing, walking- Standing for extended periods- Bending, crouching, kneeling Personal suitability : - Client focus- Efficient interpersonal skills- Excellent oral communication- Organized- Reliability- Team player- Initiative- Ability to multitask.
