(A cell phone repair and accessories shop) has job openings for two full time ‘Retail Trade Supervisor’ positions in Vancouver, BC Job location: Unit 175 - 1641 Commercial Drive, Vancouver, BC, V5L 3Y3 Job title: Retail Trade Supervisor Wages: $26.50 per hour No. of positions: 2 Job type: Full time (35 hours per week) Job duties: -Supervise and coordinate shop staff and their activities. -Prepare work schedules and make sure that work is performed as per the company standards. -Maintain a proper level of inventory to avoid overstocking or understocking of cell phone accessories. -Resolve customer complaints and provide them excellent customer service. -May perform job duties of a salesperson at the shop. -May hire and train new staff members at the shop. Job requirements: -Completion of high school education is required. -Must have at least one year of retail sales work experience. -Knowledge of English language is required. -Must be confident and have a positive attitude.
