Job position: Cook Job type: Full time, permanent Positions available: 3 Wage: $18.00 per hour Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible Work Location: #762 Broughton St, Victoria, BC V8W 1E1 Job Duties: • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and order supplies. • Instruct and train staff in preparation of dishes when required. • Keep work place and kitchen area clean and hygienic. • Follow sanitation procedures. • Ensure all pots and pans are cleaned at the end of the day. Job requirement: • Minimum one year of work experience required in a similar field. • No formal education is required. •Must pay attention to details and be able to work in a fact pace environment.
