Job Description Location: 45662 Yale Rd, Chilliwack, BC V2P 2N3Salary: $30.50 per hour Vacancy: 1Start Date: As soon as possible Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, 40 hours per Week Employment Conditions: Day, Evening, Morning Job Requirements Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience2 years to less than 3 years Tasks- Manage staff and assign duties- Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales- Determine merchandise and services to be sold- Implement price and credits policies- Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale- Develop and implement marketing strategies- Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses- Determine staffing requirements- Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations- Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment, Attention to detail Personal suitability Flexibility, Organized, Team player Who can apply to this job?
