As a result of continued success and an ongoing programme of strategic growth, they are now seeking to recruit an experienced Bulk Sales Manager to complement their established and professional sales team covering the whole of the UK. Reporting to the Head of Applications and Business Development and able be based anywhere in the UK (although ideally a City base would be advantageous : including Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Leeds, Manchester, Oxford, Northampton etc), the successful Sales Manager candidate will manage a team if 8 direct reports and lead the non: application Sales and Business Development function of Onsites and Bulk Business through the identification and engagement of new customers as well as maximising relationships and opportunities with existing clients and upselling wherever possible in order to meet business targets on sales and margin. Focussing on Bulk, Small on Site and low volume liquid gas delivery solutions to customers throughout the country, you will manage business development capture and execution in key customer markets across the whole of the UK through various aligned resources and will lead the Technical Support function in support of new business capture, ensuring compliance with the required SHEQ standards as well as setting high standards in and personal commitment to SHEQ.
