Part Time Night Call Handler Parade Enterprise Centre : Chester GBP 18,447 : GBP 20,440 28 hours per week : 11pm : 7am : working four on, four off We are looking for a Night Call Handler to provide a customer focused service to our customers. Sanctuary Technology Enabled Living provides assistive technology support packages for older and vulnerable people, to help them maintain their independence and wellbeing in their own homes. It also provides a lone: worker monitoring service to ensure the safety of officers and carers who are entering people's homes as part of their job on a daily basis. Successful candidate will need to complete a 6 month probation period during which they will work predominantly day shifts, before moving to nights. We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on: going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression. The role of Night Call Handler will include: : Undertaking responsive and proactive call handling duties: Responding to emergency calls in a customer focused, calm and friendly manner: Maintaining effective filing systems: Supporting the achievement of service standards Skills and experiences: : Experience of working in a customer centre or customer service environment is essential: The ability to work under pressure: Proven experience of administration relating to customer service and complaints: Proven experience of effective communication at all levels Why work for us?
