Updated Resume in word format (Mandatory) Skills Matrix and References (Mandatory) Job Title: 19378 - Intermediate Change Manager Client: Province of New Brunswick Department: SNB-SD Business Days: role will be required on a full-time basis for a period of (max of 260 working days) Closing Date/Time : September 6 th , 2023 , 10:30 AM EST Office Location: In Fredericton, Onsite Contract Duration: Asap until 10-Sep-2024 end date (Possibility for extension and conversion to FT) Standard Hours per day: 7.25 hours work day Note: The successful candidate is requested/required onsite the duration of the engagement with SNB at 551 King Street, Fredericton, NB. SNB will provide office space with access to pertinent information and resources for the duration of the engagement. Remote work from a location in New Brunswick may be considered. Deliverables The successful candidate must deliver the following in order to successfully complete the engagement: Responsibilities of the Intermediate Change Manager will include, but are not limited to: Work in partnership with Change Management and Project Management Leads, and Sponsors to align and integrate change management strategies and best practices within the Digital Transformation team. Develop/execute change plans and related activities, such as: stakeholder backssments, change impact backssments, change risk backssments, engagement and change network(s) and change readiness and adoption planning. Facilitate the alignment of Disability Support Services sponsor and project roles and responsibilities.
