Title: Sea Freight Export Coordinator Role type: Full time, Permanent Location : Basildon Salary : A GBP 26000 : A GBP 29000 (Depending on Experience) Hours: Monday : Friday 08.30 : 17.30 : one: hour unpaid lunch The Company : A well established Freight Forwarder, covering Air Sea and Road Freight, they have good development Opportunities and overall job Package. About you Two years Sea freight experience or more Attention to detail Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel be able to prioritise and organise own workload be a team player Have commercial awareness Some flexibility with working hours The Role, Communication with clients, shipping lines and overseas offices/agents Handling Sea Freight consignments for Imports/Exports High volumes of data entry on in: house IT systems Arranging FCL/LCL loading plans/manifests/bookings and customs processes Raising and passing invoices Communicating with warehouse operatives.
