Job Description: Motif Labs is a leading player in the Canadian Cannabis Industry, and we are seeking a skilled and dedicated Data Engineer- Excel and Power BI Specialist to join our BI & Analytics team. In this role, you will be responsible for updating and creating Excel and Power BI dashboards to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making processes. Proficiency in Excel and Power BI are essential for this position. Company Motif Labs is a licensed cannabis extraction facility located in SW Ontario and the largest privately owned cannabis company in Canada with the #1 market share in the vape segment. We are the creator of internal brands such as BOXHOT, DEBUNK, Boondocks, and Floresense that are deeply connected to the diverse and evolving needs of today's consumer market. We also operate as a business-to-business enterprise, offering toll processing and contract manufacturing services to Licensed Producers (LP’s) and 3rd party brands. Responsibilities: Develop, update, and maintain Excel and Power BI dashboards that analyze and visualize key business metrics, performance indicators, and operational data relevant to the Canadian Cannabis Industry. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance, to understand their reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions. Collect, validate, harmonize and transform large volumes of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can drive actionable insights and improve business performance.
