Role Overview: As a Capital Projects Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of our project team, facilitating and managing key aspects of the project lifecycle. Your prior experience in Gx P environments and familiarity with project delivery processes will be highly advantageous in this role. Role Overview: As a Capital Projects Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of our project team, facilitating and managing key aspects of the project lifecycle. Your prior experience in Gx P environments and familiarity with project delivery processes will be highly advantageous in this role. Key Responsibilities: Customer Liaison: Co-ordinate and agree on plant & equipment shutdowns and isolations, ensuring smooth cut-ins to services and utilities at appropriate times. Advise on maintenance resource requirements resulting from the project, in consultation with the Product Stream/Business Area. Ensure an effective partial handover to the Product Stream/Business Area. Participate in pre-construction reviews, such as Health and Safety, HOP, and design approval, as per Project delivery requirements. Engineering Liaison: Maintain regular communication with Product Stream/Business Area Engineering personnel across disciplines to ensure full awareness of the Project backss plant layout changes and implications, accessibility, critical spares, and staff training requirements. Manage and lead the establishment of maintenance life plans for plant and equipment, incorporating them into the Computerised Maintenance Management System CMMS. Project Handover: Ensure O&M's documentation and drawings are provided across disciplines within the Product Stream/Business Area. Collate and check appropriate CMMS data, ensuring it is entered into the system. Approve and assign maintenance routines in CMMS for relevant parties. Provide information for Engineering site operations team to initiate new or extended Service Contracts. Documentation: Advise the Project. Visit ListedBuy for more information.
