Role: Graduates and Apprentices Advisor Job type: Permanent - Full time - 37.5 hours per week Location: Watford – Hybrid - 3 days in office Salary: £30,000 - £34,000 / 26+8 days holiday / Health care / Life Assurance / Pension Are you passionate about helping graduates and apprentices succeed in their professional careers Do you have a knack for guiding and mentoring young professionals If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graduates and Apprentices Advisor to join our team reporting directly to the Team Lead. As the Graduates and Apprentices Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative & coordinator support and mentorship to our talented pool of graduates and apprentices, helping them thrive and excel in their respective fields. Responsibilities include: Supporting due diligence checks Administration of Trainee Agreements Recruiting graduates and apprentices currently taking on over 100 across the UK Supporting inductions & conferences nationwide Support with rotation programme for all Graduates Placement feedback reports and track progress on all Trainees Completing Funding Grant Claims for trainee activities Digital Apprenticeship Account for Trainees administration Tracking performance & retention to measure service quality Working closely with over 50 service providers Experience required: Fantastic communicator both written and verbal Experience in a similar role early learning, further education Knowledge of apprenticeship schemeinteractionperience with managing over 50 graduates/apprentices A clear understanding of in house recruitment processes.
